Main Office Areas
  • Empty wastepaper baskets, receptacles, and replace trash liners as needed.
  • Collect all refuse and remove to designated area.
  • Sweep all uncarpeted floor surfaces using chemically treated dust system.
  • Sweep all uncarpeted stairways.
  • Vacuum or carpet sweep all carpeted areas throughout designated areas.
  • Desk tops shall be dusted and spot cleaned.
  • Wash, clean, and polish all water fountains and coolers.
  • Damp wipe all finger marks and smudges from entrance doors.
  • Spot clean noticeable spills and stains on caquipment failures, surpeted or resilient tiled areas.
  • Hand dust all office furniture, including chair, files, window sills, partitions withy chyemically treated dust cloths.
  • Equipment failures, such as lighting irregularities, plumbing or visual damage will be noted in a log book.  This will nbe reported to you in a timely manner.


Common Areas
  • Tables will be cleared and cleaned.
  • Ash trays and all waste receptacles will be cleaned and emptied with trash transported to designated area.
  • Sweep and spot mop the hard surface floor area, rtemoving spills and food stains.
  • Wet mop entire hard surface floor area as required, using a disinfectant detergent.
  • Vacuum all carpeted areas.
  • Remove finger marks and smudges on exterior surfaces of refrigerated units.


Restroom Cleaning & Sanitation
  • Scour, wash and disinfect all basins, bowls and urinals.
  • Wash and disinfect all toilet seats.
  • Spot clean all floors using proper disinfectants.
  • Damp wipe counter tops in all lavatories and locker room areas.
  • Wash and polish all mirrors.
  • Empty paper towel and other waste receptacles and transport waste to designated area.
  • Replenish expendable restroom supplies into proper dispensers.
